The freezer on my Sub-Zero refrigerator is not keeping the meats frozen. All of my meats have thawed. I need a service repair today.

All extended warranties are a rip off. Usually by the time you need it it's run out. The parts are no longer available. This is so that we are forced to buy another appliance. On a fridge the problem is usually the motor so to the dump it goes and you just have to buy another. Do your research on brands and businesss before buying. It pays to do your homework. Went with Mom for a new fridge at sears. Delivery $69.99 I gasped. I said Mom lets check out Home depo it's by our house? This was a ploy. In order to save the sale, they offered a gift card for $69.99 and gave us 5% off the purchase which is pretty good since the fridge was over $750 I was quite proud of myself. Now, if I could only deal like that for a car? I'll have to learn off the net. Contact the better business burea on line, they will forward the complaint to the company and give them a certain amount of time to make it right, if they don't they have a permanent negative on their record. They don't want that
